Cancellations
- We appreciate the importance of your time and strive to provide you with a precise arrival time for your appointment.
- If you must reschedule or cancel, kindly inform us promptly to allow for efficient planning and adjustment of service routes.
- Please note that cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to your house call fee.
- Your understanding and cooperation are greatly valued as we work to offer our patients the highest level of convenience and care.
Payments
- Payment is due at the conclusion of each visit.
- Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, debit cards, checks, cash, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle.
- Bounced checks incur a fee, covering both your bank’s charges and ours.
- In case of unpaid accounts, we will contact you via email and phone.
- Unsuccessful attempts may result in unresolved accounts being sent to a collection agency.
- Unsettled accounts may lead to increased fees, impacting our responsible clients, a situation we aim to avoid.
Privacy

- No spam will be sent, and your information will not be sold by us.
- Information sharing with other providers, such as veterinarians, pharmacies, and entities assisting management, may occur when necessary for your pet’s appropriate care.
- Reasonable security measures are implemented to safeguard electronic files.
- Paper documents containing detailed client information are securely shredded before recycling.
