  • Please note that cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to your house call fee.

  • Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, debit cards, checks, cash, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle.
  • Bounced checks incur a fee, covering both your bank’s charges and ours.
  • In case of unpaid accounts, we will contact you via email and phone.
  • Unsuccessful attempts may result in unresolved accounts being sent to a collection agency.
  • Unsettled accounts may lead to increased fees, impacting our responsible clients, a situation we aim to avoid.
